Conor’s life will never be the same, as he sustained a brain injury in the accident.
Local iGym employee Marilyn is Conor’s mother and she has had to give up a great deal to be with Conor who is currently in long term rehabilitation in Taree.
Carly Taylor manager of iGym at Salamander Bay and the team are rallying around the family and organising a fundraiser at Soldiers Point Bowling Club on 24 August.
Carly Taylor told News Of The Area, “Tickets are $85 per ticket including food and the first drink on arrival, we have already sold 170 tickets and there are plenty of seats and table left.”
The event will tell Conor’s story as well as a DJ, auction, and raffles with several three night getaways, sports memorabilia, games and more.
IGyms 1500 members and the local community are rallying support with great prizes coming in.
You can get your tickets or, find out more at iGym and Soldiers Point Bowling Club.
