Investigations are occurring after a 53-year-old man has died in a single vehicle car accident at Pindimar on ANZAC day.
Inspector Janson from Raymond Terrace Police Station told Myall Coast News Of The Area, on Tuesday afternoon, that Police are still investigating what actually happened to cause the man to come off the road.
“Next of kin still needs to be notified,” he said.
“The vehicle has left the road in what can only be described as a tragic accident,” Inspector Janson said.
About 8pm on Monday 25 April, the man who has been identified by Police as ‘local to the area’, was driving his vehicle south on Pindimar Road, Pindimar.
His car has veered off the road and travelled down an embankment where it has come to a halt.
