WIRREANDA Public School have announced their school leaders for 2018, with the successful students being a group that will certainly represent the school well and uphold their values.

Wirreanda Public School is a community school where students, parents, staff and members of the community value and support each other.
Wirreanda emphasises quality student outcomes, equity and the development of a sense of self worth, mutual respect and responsibility.
The school’s core values underpin the daily operation of the school, and will be an integral part of the way the Captains, Vice-Captains and Prefects will be expected to conduct themselves.
These strong core values will require the school leaders to be strong, confident and dedicated.
They will be expected to be at the forefront of ensuring these core values are not only upheld, but instilled in their fellow students.
2018 Wirreanda Public School Captain Sophie Cieplechowicz told News Of The Area, “I am proud and excited to be a part of the great leadership team for 2018, and I’m looking forward to working with the leadership team to achieve great things for our school.”
“I am feeling privileged to be able to give back to the school after having being inspired by so many great teachers in my time at Wirreanda.”
“I am excited proud to be a leader of such a great school,” she said.
The students are excited for the challenge ahead, and are looking forward to representing their schools.

The 2018 Captains and Vice Captains are Cameron Jones Vice Captain, Sophie Cieplechowicz Captain, Joshua Bohan Captain and Maddison Cunningham Vice Captain.
The 2018 Prefects are Lana Christie, Emily Boatswain, Olivia Webster, Ryan Hepworth, Dylan Bailey and Alexander Phillips.
