Tea Gardens Real Estate and Pacific Palms Real Estate have merged forces to establish the Pacific Coast Real Estate network.
The new network, supported by 12 fully licenced Real Estate Agents across two offices, has a focus on improving sales, leasing and holiday rentals for buyers, sellers and investors.
With added strength of additional partnerships with Liberty Property Services and Christie’s International, the network reflects a growing need to balance local knowledge and experience with National and International market trends.
Director of Tea Gardens Real Estate Mr Rick Wraight said the network will provide a strong resource structure with distinct benefits for the Myall Coast area.
“Our long standing local goodwill and customer focus will be enhanced by a resourced support network boosting sales, management and holiday leasing,” Mr Wraight said.
“Our clients can expect to receive significantly increased market exposure, connected with the latest marketing and integration into the global market.”
Director of Pacific Palms Real Estate Ms Dominique Vasers said the new partnerships will allow them to tap into a broader base of buyers and sellers.
“Christie’s has access to a global real estate resource and Liberty connects Sydney to the Coast,” Ms Vasers said.
“These are large businesses that can take care of some of the smaller things so we can give more attention to serving our clients.”
Mr Wraight said the network would support tourism with a combined portfolio of over 400 holiday properties, representing two per cent of the total number of holiday rental properties in NSW.
With 15 years of association between Tea Gardens and Pacific Palms agencies, Mr Wraight said the establishment of the network was a natural progression.
“The two agencies are very similar in structure, use the same software, same folios of property rentals and have similar markets and property styles,” he said.
“This will allow for the exchange of expertise and showing of market content which will be an advantage to our client base.”
Mr Wraight and Ms Vasers, who have over 55 years of experience in Real Estate between them, are planning for further expansions with the addition of other agencies in the Great Lakes area.
“It’s an exciting time to be involved with real estate,” Ms Vasers said.
“I am looking forward to the coming 12 months and the changes they bring.”
