The Pet and Teddy Bear Competition will be held on Saturday 18 November with sections catering for all shapes and sizes including the most adorable, best fancy dressed and most unique.
Camran said although Tootsie may not be cute and cuddly, his scaly, slithering snake makes an ideal pet.
“They are fairly quiet and you can let them slither around on you, if you wear a jumper it just goes up the sleeve and comes out the top,” he said.
“It has escaped out of the tank a few times, but we have found it hiding in the air conditioning system, behind the lounge and curled up in the bookcase.”
The Bulahdelah Show has been voted one of the Top 10 in NSW and offers plenty of fun and entertainment for everyone.
Pavilion displays, campdrafting, woodchopping, an animal nursery and all the thrills and spills of sideshow alley are some of the many attractions on the two-day jam-packed program.
The rodeo on Friday night and the demolition derby and fireworks spectacular on Saturday evening will ensure the non-stop action continues.
The show is run by a huge band of volunteers and a large percentage of the gate takings are donated to community groups each year.
The Bulahdelah Show will be held on 17-18 November.
