She will also talk about the strategies she used (self-talk, compartmentalization, visualization,relaxation, visual cues, mindfulness and a graded activity schedule). In addition, Denise will talk about the risk factors and symptoms associated with gynaecological cancers: endometrial, fallopian, ovarian, cervical, vaginal and vulvar. She wants to raise awareness of the cancers to help women become aware of any unusual changes in their bodies so they can seek medical advice sooner.
