Ezy Kayaks at Hawks Nest has joined CanTeen’s ‘Buy a Bandanna’ during its month-long October campaign.

CanTeen supports young people whose lives are touched by Cancer.

It helps people aged between 12 and 25 cope with a close family member’s cancer or their own.

It delivers a wide range of support services, including specialist treatment, camps, peer support and online and face to face counselling.

CanTeen was set up by a group of young cancer patients back in 1985 and still has young people affected by cancer guiding the organisation at every level.

National Bandanna Day is CanTeen’s annual fundraising and awareness campaign which this year falls on Friday 26 October.

“Ezy Kayaks wants to help them towards their $1.3 million target by selling Bandannas, “James Blizzard said.

“We are supporting this important charity that helps so many young Australians suffering from or affected by Cancer and all money raised goes direct to the CanTeen charity,” James said.

The Bandannas cost $5 each and will be available from Ezy Kayaks launch site at the corner of Moira Parade and Yamba Street in Hawks Nest.

Alternatively, James can be contact on 0414 337 246 for more information.
