THE news that someone you know is to have a baby is greeted with great excitement and joy.
It is also a time when a lot of people wish they could be clever enough to pick up knitting needles to make some booties or perhaps knit a rug.
Well the Myall Community Arts and Crafts Centre has a huge range of handmade baby clothes, booties, rugs and toys to take the stress out of that aspect of new babies.
The shop is an outlet for the members of the Centre and is filled with wonderful pieces to delight the most discerning buyer.
Open 7 days a week it is staffed by volunteers who are delighted to help you choose something or give you any further information on classes.
You will find the Shop and Centre behind the Council Offices off Myall Street. More information also available at http://myallartandcraft.com.au/
