NORTH Coast Holiday Parks (NCHP) Jimmys Beach is celebrating after being listed on Star Ratings Australia’s Gold List of Australian Accommodation, placing it in the top ten caravan parks loved by guests in NSW.
The Gold List is compiled from a variety of websites including Expedia, Google and Booking.com and allows users to find the best accommodation in the country, as rated by their fellow travellers.
NCHP Jimmys Beach Managers Susan and Michael Boden were thrilled to be recognised by such an esteemed organisation within the Australian Tourism Industry, calling the industry nod a sign of their commitment to offering their guests a holiday to remember.
“We always aim to provide an exceptional experience for our guests so we were thrilled to be included on the Gold List,” Mr Boden said.
“We work hard to ensure that all guests leave our park with fond memories and a smile on their face and it is great to hear that their feedback online has led to us being named as one of the best camping and caravanning destinations in the state.
“We couldn’t imagine working anywhere else and we look forward to welcoming all guests who discover our park on the Gold List. Susan and I will continue to give guests an unforgettable holiday experience and we are already working to ensure we make the list again next year.
“Guest feedback is something that we value highly at our park, with our Net Promoter Score (NPS) for 2016 sitting well above the industry average at 74%.”
As the leading independent accommodation accreditation scheme in Australia, Star Ratings Australia CEO Michael Reed is proud to provide a valuable resource for those looking for an unbeatable holiday experience. Mr Reed said the Gold List is unique in its ability to pool data from a number of reputable online sources.
“The Gold List showcases Australia’s Star Rated properties that provide an exceptional guest experience,” Mr Reed said. “Australian travellers can trust that anyone featured in the Gold List will almost always exceed their expectations.”
NSW Crown Holiday Parks Trust (NSWCHPT) CEO Steve Edmonds said acknowledgement from Star Ratings Australia demonstrated that the Trust, Park Managers and their team were committed to delivering the highest professional standards.
“I am proud that our parks are consistently receiving industry recognition for being the best they can be,” Mr Edmonds said.
“This recognition from Star Ratings Australia is a great win for not only Jimmys Beach but all the parks within our organisation, and proves our commitment to be a leading provider of recreational destinations that showcase iconic locations across NSW.”
