Allan Green, President of Mix-Tub, told News Of The Area, “Pat is actually adding a further $1,000 to the grant after coming to see our show and seeing we could benefit from the additional funding – we are very proud and pleased.” Celebrating Christmas, the Mix-Tub group gathered at Marian Braun’s home for a BBQ last Saturday, 18 December. After their successful end of year performances, the group was only too happy to have fun together and relax. Enjoying lunch, the table talk was about the show and Christmas. Marion has a collection of nativity costumes which came into good use – everyone dressed up and created a nativity scene. Mix-Tub students love the social activity of drama and putting on a show, whether there’s an audience or not. Mix-Tub is always looking for more students to join up.
