The Myall Coast Chamber of Commerce and Tourism are excited and ready for a big year in 2016.
Chamber president Mark McCormick said, “It is exciting to see so many tourists and visitors enjoying our towns during this festive season.”
“All of our members are very busy providing quality accommodation, hospitality, food, retail and services to the crowds,” he said.
The Chamber had a very active and productive 2015.
Major highlights included raising much needed funds for the local Free Clinic Bus with a Trivia Night and hosting a successful and entertaining Myall River Festival.
Late December saw the installation of a CCTV system at the Tea Gardens Police Station with the generous support of the Holiday Coast Credit Union and the assistance and resources of Water Treatment Services.
Mr McCormick said, “Soon there will be an official commissioning ceremony announcement, which will be held early in 2016.”
The Chamber members are looking forward to a big 2016 and will keep you informed of activities with regular updates throughout the year.
