THE new wing of the Peter Sinclair Aged Care Facility at Hawks Nest will be officially opened next Wednesday 30 August.

Namesake, and former NSW Governor, Rear Admiral Peter Sinclair will be on hand for the opening.
“There will also be a 25 year dedication ceremony,” Emma Creaswell, Assistant to RSL Lifecare’s General Manager to the region said.
Federal Member for Lyne, Dr David Gillespie is expected to attend as well as local RSL sub branch member and Peter Sinclair Liaison Officer Barry Whiteman.

Many of the new rooms are already occupied.
The redevelopment has also created many new nursing and support jobs.
The ceremony gets underway from 10am.
Following the official opening ceremony, Dr David Gillespie will head to the Baptist Church in Tea Gardens for a meet and greet.
The Federal MP has invited local residents to join him for an informal afternoon catchup and chat.
The Assistant Health Minister will be at the Myall Street Church from 2pm to 3.30pm.
