That’s one of the reasons why I always recommend professional photography to my home sellers.
It is a fact that today the biggest source of real estate enquiry comes from the internet.
Buyers are mainly on their electronic devices, usually an iphone or ipad, scrolling through thousands of thumbnail sized pictures of properties.
Unless your home’s photograph catches their eye they will possibly scroll straight past it and onto someone else’s property.
When choosing an agent you need to have an in depth conversation with each of them about what their marketing strategy is.
Ask them who they believe the target audience is for your style of property, what areas do these buyers come from and how will the agent attract these buyers to your property.
These are all essential questions.
Real estate marketing is certainly worth the investment in time, energy and money. Chat to your agent about what they offer and what you can afford to invest in.
