POSITION VACANT: Admin Person  (15-20hrs per week)

News Of The Area, publisher of Myall Coast News Of The Area, Port Stephens News Of The Area, Coffs Coast News Of The Area, Nambucca Valley News Of The Area, www.NewsOfTheArea.com.au and associated Social Media news sites; are seeking applications for a Permanent Part-Time Administration person.
The role is available to the right person between 15-20 hours per week.
Must be available for school holiday work.

Duties include:
  • Processing ad copy to various stakeholders
  • Answering phone line
  • Booking advertisements
  • General administration
Experience in the above is not critical as we will teach the right person.

Skills and experience:
  • Using Microsoft Excel
  • Emailing
  • Use of Google Drive
  • Very methodical
  • High attention to detail
  • Customer focused and personable
  • Exceptional communication skills (writing and verbal)

Highly regarded, but not essential:
  • Basic to Moderate skill using Adobe InDesign
