During last week, Paul “Santa” Scully and his trusty helper, Peter “Elf” Sharp took to the streets delivering the best homemade Christmas Puddings to neighbours and friends.

Paul told News of the Area, “I generally make over thirty Christmas Puddings each year and enjoy handing them out to my neighbours and friends to enjoy over the Christmas Festive Season.”

“I really love Christmas and by giving and sharing with my neighbours and friends, it gives me great pleasure when they open their front door to be presented with a homemade treasure,” Paul added.

This year, Santa and his helper dressed for the occasion, and instead of pulling a sleigh, they improvised and decorated a wheelbarrow and filled the barrow to the brim with the yet to be tasted sumptuous Christmas Puddings.

No doubt there were a few refreshments required before they set off on their journey and a few more refreshments were offered along the way.
