STUDENTS from St Philip’s Christian College, Port Stephens took part in the annual Red Shield Appeal door-knock around the Salamander Bay and Corlette areas on Sunday 28 May.

“The staff at the College couldn’t have been prouder of the 25 students that volunteered from Middle School and Senior School,” Head of Middle School Mr Glen Urane said.

“Each of these students gave up three hours of their time to collect money for the Salvation Army.”

Together over $2000 was raised to help those in need.

“Thank you to the Salvation Army for the work that they do and for the opportunity to join them again this year,” Mr Urane said.
