AT the tender age of ten, Joshua Lee, has added another impressive achievement to a successful twelve months in the sport of diving.

Joshua has recently won platform at the 2018 Australian Age Championship, making him the 2018 under 11 boys platform champion.

In April this year, Joshua competed in Melbourne at the 2018 Australian Age Diving Championships.

In 11 years and under boys, he placed 4th on 3m springboard, 5th on 1m springboard and he won the gold medal on platform.

At the awards dinner at the end of the Championships, he was awarded 3rd overall in the 11 years and under boys.

Also in April, Joshua competed at the PSSA Championships in Sydney where he placed 2nd on platform and 3rd on springboard, securing himself a spot in the NSW team for School Sport Australia Nationals in Perth in September.

In December last year, Joshua represented NSW at the Pacific School Games in Adelaide.

These games included 10 Sports, with more than 4000 students, competing from 10 countries as well as all Australian states and territories.

Joshua returned home from Adelaide with a bronze medal which he earnt on the 3m springboard.

Joshua travels to Sydney every weekend with training at Sydney Olympic Park and PLC Pymble.

This young man has a bright future ahead of him, given the enthusiasm and passion he puts into all that he does.
