Instructor Tanya Lemcke has been operating the business in Port Stephens since 1991 with an emphasis on teaching children life and health skills.
“We are very proud of all our children, competitive or not,” Ms Lemcke said.
“I think they are all achieving and learning life lessons, as well as sport and health skills.
“We run many classes at TPT: pre-kindergym, kindergym and gymnastics for all ages and abilities.
“There are classes for special needs children, as well as aerial silk, fine and gross motor programs and the popular holiday gymfun during the school holidays.
“And what’s more we try to help in the development of coordination, confidence and skills in a fun and safe environment.”
Ms Lemcke said that the TPT kindygymers and advanced kindygymers had reached outstanding milestones, and were doing wonderfully well at various carnivals.
“In the last few months, we have seen our Levels 3 and 4 gymnasts compete in the Hunter Region, some for the first time and some as young as seven.
“The children also competed at the country championships for the first time ever, competing against clubs from as far afield as Wollongong, Orange, Bathurst, Dubbo, Coffs Harbour, Tamworth, Taree, and at least 10 other regions.
“They also recently competed and performed to their best ability at the Hunter championships.”
