Tea Gardens Fishing Club preparing for Gibba to Gibba

Our April outing was again a success with the Ladies weighing in some great catches.

Robyn Hill-Smith with 2 Flathead and 1 whiting, with one of the flathead weighing over 1.4kg has seen Robyn on the board.

Trish Collins with 2 Flathead, Heather Vaughan with 1 Flathead and 1 Bream, Marissa Schutz with 2 Tailer and Cindy McTierney with 1 Teraglin and 1 Morwong. Well done Ladies.

In the Mens section there was Sean McKeough with 2 Tailer, John Vaughan with 1 Bream and 1 Flathead, Al smith with 5 Flathead, Michael Groth with 1 Teraglin, 1 Snapper and 1 Bream, Bob Nash with 4 Flathead, Greg Thrift with 10 Tailer, 3 Whiting, 1 Flathead, 1 Teraglin, 2 Nannygai and 1 Snapper, Tob Collins with 8 Tailer and 1 Bream, Bill Thrift with 3 Flathead, 3 Bream and 3 Tailer and Thomas Evans with 3 Teraglin, 3 Flathead and 10 Tailer. Well done.

Our next Fishing Club meeting will be held on Thursday 12 May at 6pm at the Tea Gardens Country club.

We encourage all members and people wishing to join the Fishing Club to attend.

Our May outing begins on Friday the 13 May and weigh in is at 3pm sharp on Sunday 15 May at the Tea Gardens Country Club.

The annual Gibba to Gibba outing commences on Friday 20 May with weigh in on Sunday 22 May at Mungo.
