I AM delighted to support a new local newspaper for the residents living on the Tomaree Peninsular.
A local voice is important because residents living on the Peninsular have many different experiences and face different challenges to people living elsewhere.
Sharing our local, positive stories will only serve to strengthen our community.
I welcome the incoming staff of the Bay News of the Area and thank them for taking up the role of reporting on the local events which play such an important role in our day to day lives.
The Tomaree Peninsular is full of important stories and I look forward to reading the reports of local’s achievements.
