$2000 per week in peak time in a desirable location is to be expected. What is not to be expected for that amount of money, nor should be tolerated, is a filthy, cobweb ridden apartment with basic amenities and broken fixtures.

Also unacceptable is a defensive and unhelpful response to what are legitimate complaints.

This is not the way I believe our beautiful area should be sold.

It is up to the agents to ensure that owners charge rents appropriate to the properties and not look upon this period as an opportunity to price gouge.
