Missing man, Edward King, 53, Lemon Tree Passage located Tilligerry Peninsular by NOTA - January 18, 2017January 19, 2017 Police have located a man missing from the Lemon Tree Passage area. Edward King, aged 53, was last seen at a home on John Parade, Lemon Tree Passage, about 8.30am today (Wednesday 18 January 2017). Officers from Port Stephens Local Area Command were notified and commenced a search for the man. Shortly before 9pm (Wednesday 18 January 2017), he was located safe and well at Tanilba Bay. EARLIER: Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate a man missing from the Lemon Tree Passage area. Officers from Port Stephens Local Area Command were notified and have concerns for his welfare. Police, with the assistance of the Dog Unit and State Emergency Service volunteers have searched the area surrounding Lemon Tree Passage; however, he has not been located. Mr King is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 173cm tall, of slim build, with dark hair and recently cropped beard. He was last seen wearing shorts, thongs, a large hat, sunglasses and carrying a towel.
