SCHOOL holidays have already started and there are plenty of ways to keep your days filled up with interesting and affordable activities.

On Wednesday 14 April from 2:30PM at the Tea Gardens Library there will be a free screening of the film Wonder Park.

Wonder Park tells the story of an amusement park where the imagination of a wildly creative girl named June comes alive and is suitable for all ages, however children under five years old must be supervised.

From Saturday 3 April until Sunday 18 April, Galleries In The Gardens will be hosting the Great Art Treasure Hunt at The Gallery in Tea Gardens.

This is a free treasure hunt with a prize every day, with The Gallery open on all days except Tuesday.

A representative of the Galleries In The Gardens said, “The treasure hunt was actually a concept thought out by one of our artists, Bridget Taylor.

“She came up with the concept and worked on it with Lee Anderson, together they’ve been putting this together.

“We haven’t done anything like this before.

“It’s for the whole community.”

On Tuesday 13 April from 10AM until 11AM children aged five and older will be able to attend a mini veggie and composting workshop at the Stroud Library.

Attendees will learn how compost worms turn food waste into soil and create their own recycled veggie planter to take home.
