
EARLY in December 2018 at the Manning Art Gallery, Taree, three Bulahdelah students won major awards in their categories within the Manning Great Lakes Technology Awards.

Jake Billinghurst, winner of the Year 10 Industrial Technology created a magnificent timber for his coffee table.
He won a $400 Tool Kit package from Reece Plumbing.
Harrison Hughes received second place in the Year 10 Industrial Technology -for his coffee table project. He won a $200 worth of tools from Taree Motorcycles.
Luke Rochester, was winner of the Major Sponsor Choice Award (Manning River Steel) for the best overall display at the award. He won $150 prize from Manning River Steel.
There were other BCS students projects entered in the awards. These included:
Harry Plummer – Year 9 Timber (Step Ladder).
Ross Bishell – Year 9 Timber (Tray).
Austin Battle – Years 7&8 Technology Mandatory (Candelabra).
Zane Ridley – Years 7&8 Technology Mandatory (Candelabra).
