The Red Ribbon Roast Dinner will be held at noon on 22 September at the Port Stephens Church of Christ on Nelson Bay Road, Salt Ash.

One of the group’s organisers, Julie Bailey, told News Of The Area, “Community helping community is what our lunch is truly about.”

“Local community members making connections and supporting one another, everyone is welcome.”

Guests will be treated to roast pork and vegetables, followed by a sweet treat.

Guests are also warmly invited to bring a friend.

This lunch is provided completely free of charge.
