Fingal Bay Travelling Bowlers Club

Congratulations to Fingal Bay Travelling Bowlers Club on their 10th Anniversary.
The initial idea for the club was from Tess Hassler and Heather Dennis.
Tess has moved to Sydney and Heather has been Treasurer from the club’s inception.
They wanted to bring together bowlers who would enjoy playing mixed bowls.
President Bob Donovan and his wife Laurel, who is the Club’s Secretary, and the Committee members have worked diligently to arrange away trips to others clubs.
The annual weekend holiday away is great fun and is enjoyed by all.
The Travelling Bowlers are a “Sub” club of the Fingal Bay Sports and Recreation Club who have always been very supportive.
Wishing Bob and his Committee congratulations on a job well done and many thanks from those who enjoy the bowls, laughs and camaraderie. Looking forward to many more years.
