Great Lakes Council’s Big Morning Tea

Over 100 people including councillors, staff and members of the public attended the Biggest Morning Tea at Great Lakes Council head office at Forster last week.

Local businesses generously supported the morning by offering donations of food and/or raffle prizes.

An incredible total of $1,126.20 was raised, an increase on last year.

Cr McWilliams said, “I really enjoy these morning tea events, and it’s fantastic that so many local businesses generously donated food and prizes. We are very grateful, and I want to thank every single one of them.”

  1. Dear, Ms Jan, hello my name is Chris Kulbicki, I reside at 32 lake st forster, I have no idea on who to contact and I thought you would be the no one person to! I am a pensioner in this beautiful town of ours and have a marvelous idea on how to help this towns homeless and the needy! (My idea would work in with the salvos, Vinnie’s, home base and all support groups we have in this glorious town! And also mske a few _$$ for our great council!) I have an idea but need a good ear that would listen to me! I would welcome any chance i get to chat to you about this! I would welcome any reply!,and i thank you for your time!
