JUST like chess and bridge, croquet is a game of skill and strategy.

It also has a physical aspect that nearly everybody can enjoy.

Recently members of the Myall Park Croquet Club welcomed members of the Hawks Nest Probus Club onto the greens for a friendly game of croquet.

Several members of the Tea Gardens Hawks Nest Probus Club attended the game and what transpired to be a great fun morning of croquet at Myall Park.

Sue Dodds told News Of The Area, “We extend many thanks to Michele and Suzie and their very capable assistants for providing us all with a delicious lunch.

“The weather was smiling on us on this great spring day!”

The croquet became an ice breaker and there was plenty of discussion about how to take the best shot and win a hoop with many of the Probus visitors surprised by how much fun was to be had.

Everyone is invited to join in with the Myall Park Croquet Club.

“We play Monday, Wednesday and Saturday mornings at 8.45am for a 9am start and we are all looking forward to seeing visitors join us there,” she said.
