Joint ANZAC Day Commemorative Service approved for the C.ex Stadium

THE RSL Sub-branches of The Coffs Coast are approved to conduct a joint Coffs Coast Community ANZAC Day Commemorative Service at the C.ex Stadium on 25 April at 9:00am.

The event is a joint initiative of the Urunga, Woolgoolga, Sawtell & Coffs Sub-branches.

The COVID compliant Remembrance Service will be a seated event restricted to an approved number, which is 3,000 at this stage.

The event will be COVID Safe compliant.

The necessary COVID safe event approval has come about with the cooperation and enthusiasm of Coffs Harbour City Council; Daniel Heather, Stadium & Major Events; David Doyle OAM, President of the C.ex Club Group and Elizabeth Robertson, Senior Policy Officer, LGNSW.

COVID safe requirements include maintaining two square metres per person, 1.5m social distancing, hand wash facilities, QR code check in and individual registrations.

Individual Sub-branches may still conduct their own Dawn services as they so choose.
