And then there’s  the fun when you find members who have the same interests as yourself.

This is how Fingal Bay Probus Club formed their Mah-Jong group, with just a few fans to start, but now growing fast.

There are weekly meetings at the players’  homes.

Other Fingal Bay members, of course, are lost in admiration at their mastery of this clever game.

Pictured, relaxing after managing  all the intricacies of play, are Barbara Tarry, Claire Lewis and Jenny Hoare who have been enjoying a cuppa or two and some delicious nibbles.

The Fingal Bay Probus Club meets on the second Monday of each month at 9.30am at the Fingal Bay Sports and Recreation Club, 100 Rocky Point Road, Fingal Bay.

Julia Redlich from Fingal Bay Probus said, “We love to welcome visitors and new members.”
