Under the leadership of Chef Kim Gregory, daily teams cook and assemble meals for the communities of Hawks Nest, Tea Gardens, Karuah, Bulahdelah and neighbouring towns.

Top favourites this winter include roast dinners of lamb, beef and pork as well as the house specialty of lambs fry and bacon.

Fish meals are also popular amongst our community members.

Meals are delivered twice a week and the kitchen is in full swing Monday through Friday.

“Clients who are mobile are welcome to pick up a variety of meals at the door sale area on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings.

“The desserts are also a popular addition to keep away the winter blues,” said Meredyth.
