Formally known as the Medowie Community Carols, on Friday 7 December the Rotary Williamtown event will be re-launched under the new name, Medowie Christmas Carnival.

Medowie Christmas Carnival will feature a range of children’s rides and amusements, carefully curated artisan market stalls, gourmet food vendors, and live music and entertainment.

There will also be activities involving local schools, dance studios, community groups, local businesses, Christmas carols, Santa, and much more!

Entry is free courtesy of the major sponsors R&R Property and will be held at the Ferodale Sports Complex.
Ride packages:

Unlimited Rides Passes (valid 4:00pm – 9:00pm)

School Age Children/Adult – $20.00 each

Family (Two Adults and up to 5 Children) – $50.00 each

Preschool Children – $10.00 each

Single Ride Tickets – All Ages – $4.00 each

Ticket booths only accept cash, and all tickets can be purchased on the night from 4pm.

The Rotary Club of Williamtown NSW with support from Port Stephens Council have announced that all proceeds from the sale of amusement passes will be donated to Medowie Christian School Parents and Friends Group, Medowie Public School Parents and Citizens Association, and Wirreanda Public School Parents and Citizens Association.

These funds will be invested into projects that directly benefit the children at each of these three schools within the Medowie community.

Event spokesperson Lisa Taylor told News of the Area, “In creating Medowie Christmas Carnival we are conscious of creating an event worthy of our community, an event all could not only feel a part of, but also be proud of.”

“We want to draw our community together and provide an opportunity for families and friends to meet up together, enjoy the food, amusements, shopping and entertainment, but importantly create some precious memories for our children,” Lisa said.
