A HIGH level staff retention rate is the reflection of a good company that takes care of its staff.

Coles Medowie have shown that they take care of their Coles family this week, with three staff members celebrating long service equating to 60 years of service between them.
The management of Coles Medowie put on a morning tea to acknowledge the dedication of three of its longest serving staff members.
Carol Saunders was awarded her 10 years of service badge, having transferred to the Medowie store from Coles Dee Why Grand on the Northern Beaches in Sydney.
Carol told News Of The Area, “Medowie Coles welcomed me so warmly, and I feel like I have been here all along.”
“The staff and management are so lovely, and I’ve gotten to know so many locals coming through the doors as regulars.”
Ann-Marie Stott-Lucas was presented with her 15 years of service award, having started on with Medowie Coles back when it was Bi-Lo.
She told News Of The Area, “The people who I work with are like one big family and I love hearing about customers’ stories about everyday things when they come in.”
“I started here from the very beginning when it opened on 7 May 2001 as a 24hr Bi-Lo, and it’s so nice that there is still a small handful of us left from the beginning.”
Angela Zerafa was presented with her 10 years of service award, and Leanne Wilson, the longest standing employee at this round of acknowledgements, was presented at the morning tea with her service award, chalking up an impressive 25 years of service at Coles.
It is lovely to see the friendly faces who work in our local stores acknowledged for their hard work and commitment.
