It’s an opportunity for residents to voice their concerns and ask questions of Interim General Manager, Glenn Handford and Directors Lisa Schiff, Steve Embry, Paul De Szell and Ron Hartley.

“We value the chance to get to know people in our communities and chat about opportunities, challenges and concerns,” Mr Handford said.

“It’s a great way for us to improve the quality of decision making and stay in touch with local issues.”

Some of the topics Tea Gardens and Hawks Nest residents may wish to voice their concerns about is the fate of the local community swimming pool, the Riverside development and river dredging.

North Arm Cove residents are also waging a long running battle over the Fame Cove development.

On the Council’s agenda is the upcoming MidCoast elections scheduled for September, asset management, the Council’s financial position and merger process.

“There will also be an update on the ‘What is MidCoast’ project and its outcomes so far, especially in terms of a logo design.”

If you want to have your say, then head to the Baptist Church in Tea Gardens on Tuesday 7 March at 6pm.

The Bulahdelah meeting is being held at the School of Arts on Tuesday 14 March at 6pm.
