The Bulls proved to be the toughest opposition that the Mudcrabs have faced this season and whilst the Muddies fielded a young team and played wholeheartedly, the Bulls were superior in the forward line.Best in the forwards were James Farmer, Chris Sando and new player to the team, Nick John who, despite the lack of Union experience, worked tirelessly and in the backs Tristan Tansey, Karl Nickle and Nathan Colver contributed strongly. On  the second day of the Double Header Weekend, the Myall Coast Mudcrabs welcomed the Forster Dolphins for their deferred Round 2 match played at Myall Park last Sunday.

With a limited bench, the Muddies nevertheless remained competitive throughout the clash, tackling ruggedly with best in the forwards Nick John, James Farmer, Ray Sharp, Chris Sando and Jackson Page. In  the backs, Nathan Colver was outstanding scoring the Muddies only try and making ground constantly as were Karl Nickle and Tyson Mitchell with final score being 80-7 to the Forster Dolphins.

Next game will be held on Saturday, 13 May 2017 vs Manning River Ratz at Taree with 3.00pm kickoff.
