1. Police are investigating the aggravated robbery of a 31-year-old man that occurred shortly after 3am on 23/7/21 in Ridge St, Nambucca Heads.

2. On 23/7/21 at about 10:30pm Police issued a Court Attendance Notice to a 65-year-old woman following a family dispute in which a 60-year-old woman was allegedly assaulted.
The accused woman is to appear before Macksville Local Court on 2/12/21.
3. On 6/7/21 at about 1:26pm Police stopped a vehicle in Mann St, Nambucca Heads for random testing.
The 45-year-old female driver was arrested after she returned a positive oral fluid test.
The accused woman was charged at Macksville Police Station with a number of drug and traffic related offences and is to appear before Macksville Local Court on 5/8/21.
4. On 29/7/21 at about 11:05am Police arrested a 40-year-old man outside Macksville Police Station for breaching an AVO.
The accused man was charged and later released on bail to appear before Macksville Local Court on 5/8/21.
