The Tea Gardens Library will be closed from Good Friday March 30 through to Easter Monday 2 April, re-opening on Wednesday 4 April at 9am.

Librarian Chris Shelly said, “No books will be due during these periods and we also discourage borrowers from using the after-hours chute during this time.”

Parents and Grandparents should take note that there will be a number of fun activities at the library throughout the upcoming school holidays.

And the Myall Coast Rotary Club would like to remind everyone that their Easter Book Sale is no longer being held with all their resources being concentrated on the January sale.

Ian Mackenzie Smith said, “To all those generous donors of books, a message regarding collection of books.”

“Due to the uncertainty of future book storage at Pelican Pest Control shed, people are requested, where possible, to defer delivery of books until August 2018.”

“Where this is not possible, delivery will be accepted at Pelican but as earlier deposits will mean double handling to an alternative site, your understanding is sought with this request.”

And Rotary would like to remind all their generous donors that magazines, Encyclopaedias and Readers Digest Condensed books are not saleable, so please don’t drop these off.
