IF you have a budget which will only stretch to cover renovating one of these two important rooms, it can be difficult to choose which one to complete.

I understand this is a big decision. Both rooms are incredibly important to a potential buyer. I’ve seen many buyers eliminate a home from their list because of these two rooms requiring an overhaul.

It is always said that the kitchen is the hub of the home. It’s where the family gathers, where heart warming meals are prepared and shared.

Women, who are said to be the chief decision makers in the buying process, are always concerned about the state and style of the kitchen.

It is for these reasons that I would suggest the kitchen is the renovation priority over any other room in a home.

Thankfully, today there is so much variety to hand! Everything from splashbacks through to appliances; numerous styles of everything are available to select from and often at quite economical prices. From major hardware chains through to plumbing and renovation stores, renovation and makeover materials are quite readily available these days, making this job easier.

I hope this helps!

Denise
