If so what type of questions or feedback is there? Has the agent suggested your property to buyers they’ve spoken with? If so, & the buyers say they’re not interested in your property & don’t want to view, then ask why. If you’re aware of a recurring negative comment, you may be able to repair or adjust the issue.

Do you have stylish & sparse furniture/furnishings? Was the house tidy when the photography was done? This will impact your photographs immensely & could either attract or turn off potential buyers.

Where is your agent advertising your property? You need to be listed on the most popular search sites.

How does your property look online & in print advertising? Has the agent had professional photography completed for you?

If the presentation & marketing are perfect, then the next question needs to be – are you priced correctly for;
your home, the current real estate climate & your location?

Do you know what similar properties have sold for in your immediate & surrounding area?
