Opinion by News Of The Area - Modern Media - February 10, 2023 DEAR News Of The Area, I WOULD like to take issue with recent letters referring to the Coffs Harbour Bypass and the effects it will have on a very small section of Grandpa’s Scrub. I would like to know where these letter writers have been since 2019. As a member of the Community Consultative Committee since its inception in 2019, I represented the residents on the Eastern side of the highway. In all my time on that Committee and in all the opportunities given to the Public, there has never been any mention of ‘Grandpa’s Scrub’ until very recently. What’s the deal?
