Optus NSW State Manager Rick Graham said, “It is an exciting time as we’re bringing 4G to Optus customers in Bulahdelah for the first time.”

The upgrades are part of a massive 4G expansion that will bring the Optus 4G Plus network to regional areas across Australia.

To support 4G services in Bulahdelah, Optus mobile towers will be upgraded starting from Tuesday 23 June and continuing for the next few weeks.

Mr. Graham continued, “As the mobile towers in Bulahdelah are being upgraded, there will be some service interruptions for Optus mobile customers while this essential work is being completed.”

“Optus aims to complete these works as quickly as possible in order to keep service interruptions to a minimum.

We know this may be frustrating and we thank customers for their patience while the upgrade is being completed.”

It has been reported to Myall Coast News that there were frustrations with the interruption to services in previous months so it is important to note the time of the upgrade and how to access information about the service.

Customers can find out more about Optus 4G Plus by visiting www.optus.com.au/4G or visiting their local Optus store at Forster.
