Family, friends and work colleagues can all be affected and by attending an Al-Anon support group, attendees find they have much in common: fear, anger, resentment and loneliness.

Al-Anon will not tell you how to ‘fix’ the alcoholic in your life, what they do is offer support, guidance and strategies for taking care of those affected.

Salamander Bay’s Al-Anon has changed its meeting time to 11.30 – 1pm every Wednesday at Uniting Church, 174 Salamander Way, Salamander Bay.
