“I re-wrote the book 16 times as I wanted it to be comparable to the likes of Enid Blyton,” William told News Of The Area.

“Once I was happy with it, I was too impatient to wait six to eight months for a publisher to publish my book for me,” William remarked.

William told News Of The Area he used to work in a café, but didnt feel fulfilled as his burning desire to write grew.

He decided he had to follow his dream and make it work, so he resigned from his cafe job and pursued a writing career.

William knew that if he were to self-publish he would need to set up a publishing company.
After a lot of research, he did just that.

His first book is about bullying and is titled A Ferret Named Phil.

He is already on track for a sequel.

“Being totally committed to follow your dream is essential,” Said William.

“I have faced and overcome many setbacks, I can now say this has been my full time career for 18 months – I am so alive when writing and publishing,” he said.
