A 36-year old male will appear in Forster Local Court after being charged with contravening an Apprehended Violence Order as well as a stalking/intimidation offence.
The incident occurred in Bulahdelah on 29 August and involved the recently estranged partner of the male.
Police report a large part of the incident occurred in a public place.
Any person who witnessed the incident are asked to contact police with any information they have.
