With it went over 60 solar panels and all air conditioners.

With the roof gone the Club suffered severe water damage to almost all areas.

Barrie Bishop from the CLub told News Of The Area, “There is no power to the building, but 2 temporary points have been established to help maintain golf games and hence some income.”

“The popular Chinese restaurant is closed until repairs can be done”

“There is no refrigeration and no eftpos so services are very limited.”

The insurance assessors have completed their survey and a report is keenly awaited.

In the meantime the Club is calling on locals to support the club in any venture they can get to get the club up and running.

“Just a few months ago we celebrated our 60th anniversary,” Mr Bishop said.
