UNDER 8’s Carnival 2021

C.ex Coffs Women’s Bowling Club Under 8’s Carnival was held recently with a large contingent of bowlers from as far north as Maclean down to South West Rocks with teams from nearly all Clubs in between.

After days and days of rain the event was held in perfect weather conditions much to the delight of the organisers as well as the 24 teams participating.

A great big thank you to all who attended and helped make it a great day as well as our Club members taking part in the running and organising of the day.

The winners of this event were a composite team of June Sambrook, from Cex Coffs Women’s Bowling Club, Martha Campos from C.ex Woolgoogla Women’s Bowling Club and Lyne Brady from Urunga Women’s Bowling Club.

Karen Dunn, Judy Kennedy and Kerry Blow from Park Beach Bowling Club were second and a Nambucca Women’s Bowling Club team with Sandra Seckold, Rosemary Dugdale and Nerida Blackford coming third.

The fourth place-getters were Jeanette Kutz, Ardis Ellsmore and Mary Buckley from Cex Coffs Women’s Bowling Club.
