The application has been re-notified because of amended architectural plans submitted to Council by applicant ArkExpress Design.

The residential flat building, proposed to contain 32 units and cost $9,000,000 to build, has caused controversy among Woolgoolga locals due to its unusual design which many deem ill-fitting with the rest of the town centre, and its five-storey height limit.

The development application was originally advertised in March this year, following lodgement of the application with Council in February.

The amended application and accompanying documents may be viewed at Council’s Customer Service Centre during office hours from now until Tuesday 25 August or on Council’s online application tracking at www.coffsharbour.nsw.gov.au.

Submissions can be made until 25 August by email to coffs.council@chcc.nsw.gov.au.

Any previous submissions will be considered as part of the assessment of the application.
