Draft Coastal Zone Management Plans on exhibition: Feedback wanted

Great Lakes Council is seeking the community’s feedback on the identification and management of coastal risks such as erosion, slope instability and tidal inundation now and in the future.

Council is exhibiting Draft Coastal Zone Management Plans for selected Great Lakes beaches and the land and property behind those beaches, along with amendments to the Local Environmental Plan and Development Control Plan.

The Plans are on exhibition on Council’s website, at Council Offices in Forster and Tea Gardens, and the Pacific Palms Library until Friday 15 May 2015.

Public information sessions were conducted this week with the last session today at Pacific Palms Community Hall, The Lakes Way Pacific Palms. This session is scheduled from 4pm to 7pm.
