When everyone is talking about joy, peace and family, it can be extremely difficult to feel like it’s possible to grieve well. On Sunday 18 December at 6.00 pm, Overflow Church Medowie on Waropara Road will be holding their first “Good Grief” service to help you move into the Christmas season in a more healthy, whole way. There will simply be time to sit quietly, reflect and maybe engage in something spiritual, but only if you feel the desire to.
