John Bowen from Stroud has been nominated as Citizen of the Year Stroud, Booral, Lime Burners Ck by NOTA - January 21, 2015March 17, 2015 Chairman of the Stroud Community Lodge, John Bowen, has been nominated within the Great Lakes 2015 Australia Day Awards as Citizen of the Year. John Bowen John has spent three decades years chairing meetings at the aged care facility, as well as driving the lodge bus. He is also involved with the restoration of the cenotaph at Stroud.
